Orders for RÜGA brand products can only be placed electronically, through the website:

After completing the purchase process, the customer will receive an order confirmation message at the provided email address, containing the main contractual details.

4. Product Information

The photographs, descriptions, and other visual elements presented on the website are for illustrative and informational purposes only and do not constitute, under any circumstances, a contractual commitment on the part of RÜGA .

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects or nonconformities of the product.

5. Prices

The sales prices shown on the website are indicated in euros (€) , including all legally applicable taxes, namely Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include shipping costs , which will be indicated separately before the order is finalized.

RÜGA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the prices applicable to each order will always be those in effect at the time the customer validates the order.

6. Product Availability

RÜGA is committed to meeting delivery deadlines for orders, provided that stock is available.

If one or more products included in an order are temporarily unavailable, the customer will be duly informed by email or telephone, and a new estimated delivery date will be provided.

In the event of partial unavailability, RÜGA may proceed with the shipment of available products, without prejudice to the subsequent shipment of the remaining products or another solution agreed upon with the customer.

7. Delivery Methods and Deadlines

Products purchased through the RÜGA website are delivered throughout the European Union .

The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during registration and completion of the purchase, and it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Items purchased from the online store will be shipped within a maximum of 5 business days , except in duly justified exceptional circumstances.

8. Right of Return

The customer has the right to return purchased products, and must inform RÜGA of this intention within 15 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order.

For the right to return to be accepted, the products must:

• Show no signs of use;

• They must be complete and returned in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or used by the customer.
